Going through sleepless nights, Vincent has gained a lot of body fat in the initial years of his career. Consuming junk and following irregular sleeping patterns, Herbert has been a soft target of obesity(1). Soaked with a lot of workloads, Herbert simply lost track of time. Delivering one hit album after another, most of Herbert’s time was consumed by work. By the time he could really work, it was too late. The price that he had to pay for it was huge. He gained many pounds and his body looked really fat. He realized that adding more belly fat is easier than shedding it off.

Though Herbert has been engaged in this music field for a long time, the big names in the industry refused to hire him as a co-star in any web series due to his oversized body. Media had always mocked at his bulk personality. It is a little late that Herbert finally gave a thought to get rid of some pounds.

Vinni’s Weight Loss Story
Due to the weight, Herbert has several medical and health issues. The doctors recommended him to go for weight loss surgeries. Herbert has to undergo a couple of surgeries to cut down his body fat. It was back in the year 2012 that Herbert was rushed to the hospital and was admitted for a straight 40 days.
He was diagnosed with many blot clots. After a gap of three years i.e. in 2015, Herbert was again diagnosed with an approximate number of seven blood clots. In a recent media report, Herbert’s wife, Braxton recommended her fans to keep a track on the thickness of their blood. It was a difficult phase in Vincent Herbert Weight Loss Journey.
In the year, 2016, Herbert got rid of almost 100 lbs. of body weight. He rapidly jumped from 300 pounds to 230 pounds after the intensive bodyweight surgeries he underwent.
Looks like Braxton is quite happy for her husband. ‘’ I am very happy not only because he is much healthier and I want him around forever, but, you know, I like a little meat on my man’s bones, ‘’ she says.

But his weight loss is really remarkable. Tamar has been a constant motivation for him. Yes, they have marital issues but never did she overlook her husband. And, probably helped Vincent shed pounds.

Vincent’s Diet for Weight Loss
With a regular routine of 4 to 5 hours a day, he followed a diet mostly directed by his dietician and nutritionist. He mostly preferred to have, low carb, paleo styled diet with a lot of water intake and high-calorie food. Beer, hash brown, burger, junk food were kept at miles distance.

Fried oily foods and carbohydrates were much excluded. A lot of proteins, healthy fats and low crabs food were the priorities. Moreover, his diet was full of steak, fish, whole eggs, chicken breast, Broccolis, sweet potatoes, spinach, nuts, avocados, berries, oatmeal’s, grass-fed butter and all the healthy and fats free food.
He had to bid the Diary products a goodbye as directed by his nutritionist. His strong determination played an important role in his weight loss journey, he with his team had achieved the success in shedding off the extra pound all the very thanks to their determination.

He craved for the unhealthy food and even had midnight hunger but his stubbornness and determination and dedication towards his dream made him lose up to weight at rocket speed. And so, he is what you can see him.
Tips from Vincent Herbert
- Do not each much, take small meals

After a huge transformation, Vincent in an interview mentioned that he is still open to reduce weight. Though he has learned from his transition phase, that he must eat healthy to stay healthy.
Eating junk and unhealthy food will add to the fats and result in putting on. Also, he opened up about the pressure he is having for staying slim and all that he is doing for the same. The simple motto he suggests to all those who are trying to reduce that extra pound is to eat healthy, workout daily.
