How did Shannon Beador lose weight?
The Real Housewives of Orange Country season 9(2014), RHOC has aired Shannon Beador weigh loss to a great success and fan followings. And again this 54 years old blonde beauty is ready to set the frame on fire in the coming season. As well she had worked as a lead actress in shows Flipping Out (2007), ‘ Girlfriends’ Guide to divorce (2014).
How Shannon Gained Weight?
She was married to David Beador in the year 2000. But is now a single mother of her three daughters, after their separation in the year 2017. She had put on 40 pounds because of marital issues she had with David.
She says “That stress caused me to eat more, cause me to drink more, and that’s a huge part of why I gained my weight”, which probably is the true story of her eventual depression. This was a difficult phase in Shannon Beador Weight Loss journey.
After several months she realized her skin is changing, she is no more what she was and when she visited a holistic specialist later, she learned: her body fat is gradually increasing to 40%, which is almost twice to a normal healthier range for women. It should be 20 and 25% normally. (1)

Looks like David has moved on after his break up but Shannon had really made her best fight out of her depression with a full determination of draining out her excess weight.
She added, “I’m getting back to my healthy living, which I think when I started at season 13, I wasn’t quite healthy, I veered off a little bit.” Previously she was like the “Yeah I have lost half of it, oh, I’m gonna eat what I want” but this time she will be sticking to her commitment and get back the perfect figure she once had.
Her words are quite louder ” I wanna go back to my original weight.”She also adds “I’m down 20 halfway more to go”.
An Inspiration for Weight Loss
Well, in many of the interviews she had confessed about her breakup, it was because of her weight gain. She had been trying to uphold it for three years but her husband David was very straightforward to leave her on the cause he found her no more what she was. It is how people love your skin and not your soul. (2)
“When I look at the mirror and don’t like what I see, at least I can justify in my head” and that was the reason David had moved apart. Those were the worst days for her but her mother has been a constant support for Shannon, she was the one who supported her and made her realize what was going on.

Which slowly healed her and made up her mind to get back to what Shannon was. Moreover, her daughters also helped her a lot. Now Shannon Beador Weight Loss journey is an inspiration for many of us.
Shannon does not want to get David back but his acts have however worked as a medicine for her, the more he was happy the more she got the reason to get slimmer and show the world. She was not much criticized by the public but the separation from her husband, David has let her down.

Shannon believes more in smart work than in hard work. According to her running on treadmills for hours and 100 push are not going to help you unless you have a diet that will help you get the best of your workout. Here is what she actually did and still doing:
1. Exercises for 30 Minutes A Day
If you are spending hours in the gym, stop it. 30 minutes a day is enough for you to lose the maximum of your weight in just one month but, it should be regular and kind of light intense workout when you can sweat a lot. This is the thing that has played a major role in losing weight. If not try at least 150 minutes per week for better results, remember you need to sweat a hell lot.
Try more of aerobic exercise, they are best for weight loss. If you start huffing and puffing don’t worry—it’s totally fine sometimes, that’s a sign your heart rate is in the “aerobic” zone. Try to consult a trainer as everyone has a body with a different structure.

2. Take Supplements
There are thousands of supplements to get better at losing weight but it will not necessarily suit you, as There is no such evidence that proves taking vitamins and supplements will help you increase weight-loss results. Instead, you should try to take nutritious food rich in every vitamin and necessary things out body requires.
Getting your balanced diet is the best way that helps you always be healthy. Whole foods come packaged with other key vitamins and minerals, like fiber. So adding supplement would be only beneficial for some of you like Shannon Beador. With so many hours of workout, Shannon has however been successful in losing 20% which probably is a great achievement. Here is what she said “What I’ve come to realize is everyone wants to be healthy, but you can drive yourself crazy trying to be healthy all the time. I believe that if you create a healthy balance, so if you make a few smart choices during the week, you can have that cocktail on the weekend, or you can go out to dinner and eat whatever you want in a restaurant.”

Apart from these goals, Beador is also planning to open a restaurant, shared with the QVC food. She is found more in the kitchen trying out new recipes, which is another reason she had a command of her diet. According to her diet is a key and exercise is to tone up what you shed. She is very much fond of food and can’t compromise with flavor, it should be low in calorie and excellent in taste.
