How did Lena Dunham lose weight?
Lena Dunham, popular as an American actress, producer, writer, and director, was born on May 13, 1986. She has been best known for the HBO series “Girls”, she was the writer, creator, and star of that series.

Dunham wrote her first book, Not That Kind of Girl: A Young Woman Tells You What She’s “Learned”, which was released in 2014. She created an online feminist newsletter Lenny Letter, along with her close friends.

She posted a picture wearing underwear on Twitter, for which she received a really nasty comment saying, “Why do you post such pics on social media? Nobody here wants to see your fat nasty blubber.
Go have some respect for your body and show some self-control at the dinner table. Go on for a diet you fat pig!” After which she shut down her Twitter account.

What inspired her for Weight Loss?
Lena went lost 11 stones right away showing her super sexy curves and glowing skin. She gives all praises for this to her trainer Tracy. Lena revealed that her weight loss wasn’t the real reason for why she worked out with Tracy.
She said, “I went to her and was like, I have endometriosis, I have chronic physical pain and I just want to feel stronger, I want a stronger core, I want to feel the energy throughout the day, how do I get there?” Lena has always been open about her problem with endometriosis. It is a chronic disorder in which tissue that lines the uterus grows inside the uterus.

Dunham recently posted a really powerful picture in Instagram in which she shut down those people who thought that she was exercising to lose the weight. She motivated her to become healthy after her surgery.
Dunham confessed that she even had problems with climbing stairs that made her realized that she needs to be physically fit. Her parents are her true motivations, who are so fit and healthy.
She gives all the credit to her trainer for making her strong and powerful inside out. Although Dunham is still recovering from surgery, she is living into a healthy lifestyle and keeping up with her workout sessions. She is now more energetic and beautiful than ever.

Lena Dunham doesn’t reveal her diet or everyday meal plan to the people worldwide but she says that she munches on all low fat and low sugar diet after getting diagnosed by endometriosis. She went on to all vegan diet and took anti-inflammatory food products.

Dunham says, “I did not focus on weight loss but my focus was completely onto the fitness and health of the body.” Her trainer mainly focused on making Lena strong, she made her perform the strength training exercises primarily combining it with yoga. Later she mixed it with aerobics, pilates and bit of cardio.
Dunham explained that the biggest motivation for exercising was the positive impact it had on her mental health. It relieved her anxiety.
Lena Dunham never was the person giving the diet tips. She always motivated girls to embrace their curves and love their body. The star has been very open about her problem related to endometriosis and obsessive-compulsive disorder.
She is so positive and loving to herself. She says, “I will be 30 soon and I’ve learned that as I age, I have to move on. You need to move so you don’t die.”

Now, she cannot become a mother her entire life, because her uterus has been removed from her body. Despite going through all these struggles and tough situations, she has been so beautiful soul. She is an inspiration for all of us. We surely got some high goals to achieve from her.
