Khloe Kardashian was born on 27th June 1984, in Los Angeles, California, U.S. She is an American television model, personality, businesswoman, entrepreneur, and socialite. She came into light after starring in the well-known family reality show “Keeping Up with the Kardashians”.
This show received huge success. She is also been seen in the reality show “Kourtney and Khloe Take Miami” and “Kourtney and Khloe Take the Hamptons”.
She has been associated with her sisters Kourtney and Kim in the retail and fashion industries. They have launched their own several clothing collections including perfumes. They have released their book – Kardashian Konfidential in 2010.

What Inspired her for Weight Loss?
Khloe, always being a flabby kid was frustrated by the criticisms she got for her weight. Her tempestuous personal life intensely opened her eyes and made her change her unhealthy lifestyle. Khloe’s journey is because of self-inspiration. (3)

She said, “Mine was a really slow process but I did not think of losing 20 lbs in 20 days. That was not my goal. It was more than that”.

Khloe revealed that she was totally into a dairy free diet plan. She removed all the dairy’s from her food and just kept those which were actually healthy for her body.
Here’s her diet chart:
- Breakfast – Boiled eggs/scrambled eggs/omelet + oatmeal + blueberries or strawberries.
- Lunch – Green leafy vegetable salad with sunflower seeds and a piece of fish.
- Snacks – Foods with a low glycemic index or foods which help you lose weight
- Dinner – Grilled skinless chicken breast and vegetables along with sweet potato and a small portion of rice.
Khloe says, “Eggs are a great source of protein for our body. Starting your day with protein intake makes you really energetic.”
She makes sure she gets a good intake of fiber too, as fiber adds immensely in weight loss. Khloe munches down on snacks along with healthy fats. Khloe loves seafood and usually has it in her lunch.

- Day 1 – Cardio: Khloe’s workout routine starts with cardio exercises like running and boxing.
- Day 2 – Legs And Buttocks: Khloe squats, lunges, and does kettlebell deadlifts, to keep her legs and booty in shape.
- Exercise Day 3 – Core: Khloe loves a heavy workout that helps keep her in great shape. She does push-ups, crunches and boat crunches, straight leg crunches, and scissor legs.
- Day 4 – Cardio: She goes to spin class in SoulCycle.
- Day 5 – Arms: The arm exercises help her keep the arms in shape. Her sister help her in the arm exercise session. She uses battle ropes, kettlebells, and resistance bands. She does various intense exercises like bicep curls, chest press, tricep extensions, and push-ups.
- Day 6 – Total Body: On this day, she concentrates on battle ropes.
- Day 7 – Recovery: Recovery is very important so Khole goes on a day of yoga, stretching, etc. These exercises help her rejuvenate and repair from the wear and tear.

Her mother is Kris Kardashian, she is a homemaker and her father is Robert who was an attorney. Khloe has two older sisters, Kourtney, and Kim and a younger brother Rob Kardashian.
Khloe attended Marymount high school. She has suffered a traumatic brain injury in 2001. Due to which she went through a severe concussion, causing long term memory loss.
