Moreover, she had to rollback out of many deals for her body. She was more bullied when she was set to play Barbie in the upcoming live-action movie, however, she had to leave the project. “More fat ladies making the news. @amyschumer as Barbie? Amy’s Diet Plan
Like other things losing weight was also not a hard thing for her. Her day gets started with a green smoothie, which was all the rage in Tinsel Town. After that, they generally take very light meals at lunch and dinner time. To suppress their hunger in the meantime they drink water and rest the stomach.
For six weeks, Amy followed the diet that her trainer suggested to her. She used to have a smoothie in the morning, with such nutrient-rich elements like spinach and kale. Then she used to have a tuna cracker lunch or a Caesar salad. Diet plan is the main driver of Amy Schumer Weight Loss Journey.

Amy’s Exercise Routine
Apart from the diet, she was already an athlete by nature. She used to be sportswomen at a high-level through high school and college, and was an aerobics instructor as well, which made her acquire hell lot of stamina. Her trainer Harley Pasternak shared what are the major exercise she loves to do and it had gradually helped her shed so much of her unwanted calories:
1. The Skater Lunge
This is the best exercise or your muscles; most importantly it will tone your legs allowing you to wear short dresses every day. She used to do 15 to 20 repetitions, up to three sets.
2. Dumbbell Stiff-Leg Deadlift
This has helped her a lot to tone her lower body. The waist, thighs, hips and the legs. It is quite an intense exercise which most women don’t want to go for.
3. Dumbbell Curl Press
She focused on the arms after legs, this helped her get her arms shaped, rather we call it to build biceps. Amy was always a hard-working student at the gym and had a very healthy relationship with the trainer who in turn was a kind of inspiration for her.
4. Single-Arm Dumbbell Row
Toning the biceps.
5. Lying Dumbbell Triceps Extension with a Hip Thrust
This helped her get the best of her abdomen. This includes the arms, legs, and the abdomen which was the biggest game-changer for her body gradually leading her to burn a lot of calories.
6. Spider Plank, and Superman.
Planks are the best exercise for toning abs. You just have to make moves like the superheroes, set your body down and stretch. Gain more stability and strength, cutting out all the muscles placing them in the exact place of your body.
